New Metal Gear Solid 4 screenshots to tide us over!

Tide us over? What does that even mean? If to tide is plural and group-inclusive, what's the singular? It's probably nothing... tide? Like, with the sea? To "ebb in and out" us over? Stupid sayings that only make sense because they're old sayings with implied meanings... thus getting assigned appropriately fitting definitions. That was a really strange rant -- I apologize. Anyway, there's a batch of new Metal Gear Solid 4 screenshots to set as your wallpaper or whatever you want.

They're neat, but we'd really like to know how this game is progressing! Will we get a demo soon? A downloadable trailer (preferably a new one)? Or will we be kept in the dark, akin to Raiden in MGS2 about the... (sigh) no spoilers, but suffice to say it's pretty messed up storywise. Enjoyable, though. Thoroughly enjoyable.
