On this weeks 1up yours (or was it EGM live?) they were discussing Wideload's next projects: Hail to the Chimp and Founding Fighters.

Founding Fighters seems to obviously be a fighting game with the founding fathers as the combatants. If this is true, I would like to nominate this as greatest game concept of all time.

On IGN Matt cassamania mentioned a couple of games for the Wii that he wasn't allowed to talk about. I was hoping this article would have a little more information about that.

Good. Both of these studios deserve attention from the masses. Both Pyschonauts and Stubbs were stellar games.

I'd think that the secrets boiling at Nintendo and Konami would garner more authority

but some of that from WideLoad looks pretty bitchin'

Warren Spector is, quite simply, one of the greatest game designers who has ever lived. Deus Ex & Thief were true masterpieces that flawlessly wove storytelling and gameplay together into a cohesive whole. It's just a shame that DX2 and Thief 3 were such disappointments (of course, he handed DX2 off to his crony, the tongue-pierced whatsisface guy, who bungled the job).
