I can't play TP long enough to do anything other than complete the main storyline.

Link keeps eating all my Duracell batteries.

My favorite was the following

Ooccoo is likely taken from 00CC00, the hexadecimal code for Link's green tunic color in the NES Zelda

In the Castle Town, in that one building that has a lot of Gorons selling stuff, there's a Goron on the roof that I believe is selling arrows, and the first time that you talk to him, one of the things he says is "It's a secret to everybody." This tickled my nerdbone in ways you can't imagine.

How about the rock that you teleport from Death mountain to thaw out the Goron palace? When you go down to where the rock is, and get close to see it, you'll see the THE ROCK HAS PURPLE EYES AND ARE ACTUALLY BLINKING AT YOU!! I tried to see if I could do anyrhing to it, but no luck. Has anyone else seen this?

Ooccoo is the weirdest thing I've ever seen in a game. Human-chicken hybrids are the stuff nightmares are made of.

The Ooccoo 0x00CC00 thing is definitely a coincidence, albeit a pretty cool one.

The hex value for Link's tunic color isn't 0x00CC00 on the NES or on whatever format they developed the game with. Only in the modern 0xRRGGBB 16.8 million color format does it look like this, and they didn't use anything like that back then.

Also, it uses a number-to-letter pun with zeros being used as the letter O, which doesn't make a lot of sense considering the game was created in Japan where they have their own character for the O sound that doesn't look like a zero. Japanese do use a lot of English words and stuff, but it just makes this even less likely.

#5 and 6, I bombed that rock after reading your suggestions. Too cool! Thanks! I also won this weekend and boy was that a fight to the finish. I won with just 2 and a half hearts left on the first try, whew!
