If you can't laugh at yourself, you really can't laugh at anybody else. We'll be the first to admit that this picture makes us chuckle. There's really no reason to create any conspiracy theories (like, it's a fake!). I'll take it at face value... these are Sony employees checking out a competitve platform. But, yeah, they probably need to watch their backs a bit more and make sure that Mario isn't behind them with a camera.
