And the ports keep coming!

Although.. Shiggy did say that this was in the pipeline. Older games given controller functionality and brought onto Wii.. yet the whole "Discount pricing" thing hasn't happened. Probably why people don't appreciate most of your crap Ubisoft.

This is what the wii really needs. Some violent games where you just kill people (for fun of course). This is good for nintendo's image as "Kiddie", and helps their third party support problem too.

While I know it's easy to associate 'terrible ported garbage on the Wii' with 'Ubisoft,' this one is actually Vivendi Universal (or Sierra, or whatever they're calling themselves today.)

In an ironic way, this does help Nintendo's third party support issue. Companies will see that they can follow Vivendi's example and port their PS2 games for a quick buck.

I love scarface for my xbox. The driving mechanic was different than gta in that the left trigger acted as a sort of cruise control for you to better regulate speed and do drive bys at the same time. This was a huge improvement than gta in my opinion. However, with the Wii, i'm not sure how this will translate.

I do hope they spend some time with the graphics. The in game cut scenes have characters with the baseball mit hands. Very few buildings have interiors. About the only ones that do are the ones you can own and a handful of other ones.

Cars and boats are the only things you can drive. The makes and models of these vehicles are well done but don't allow any customizability. Police chases cannot go on for too long before a meter fills up and it ends with your character dying. This may be one of the biggest complaints of the game. Extended police chases are not possible. Fix these things and this game will be a winner.

An addition: The targeting system in the current incarnation allows for pinpoint specific body shots (head, arm, balls, etc.) I can see this working extremely well with the Wii controls.

More Wii games = More popularity = More 3rd Party Support = More Good games and Creativity = More Good Wii Games = More Popularity (its a circle, if you didn't guess)
