On the HBO IRC channel a lucky entrant claims that at 1:01 he got into the index2.html page and the "REGISTER NOW" text was black, appearing as though you couldn't register. He noticed the text, clicked and registered twice very quickly. Then, at 1:03 he noticed the "REGISTER NOW" text turned blue upon clicking that it was getting a connection error.
At around 1:33 PM EST (13:33 military time), a page appeared reiterating the rules of phase 2 and the high levels of traffic on the site, suggesting to try again later. This would imply the first 13,333 spots have not yet been taken. Best of luck, once again.
