What an idiot. Why would you not register your 360? He cant prove that it was stolen, even with a court order because its not registered to him, unless he has a receipt. Which im sure he doesnt since hes stupid enough to not register the console with MS.

Advice to console owners. Register your products with the manufacturer.

Doesn't the 360 register itself when you log it on to XBox live?

That's why the Empire lost to the Rebellion - the whole clone army was based on a Kiwi.

Errr...that's exactly what I meant.

The Empire lost the war because their army (the stormtroopers) consisted of all clones initially based on a Kiwi.

That's why the lost the war.

It was a joke to poke fun at the stupidity of Kiwis.

Barbie Fu: Do I need to make this any clearer for you? Or do you usually have problems understanding such simple logic??

That is one of the lamest policies I've heard of... If I call them about a stole system, and they know who has it, they owe to me to tell where the idiot lives so either I or the cops can go get it back..

"Although, if we were in his shoes we probably would have just forked over the cash for another adapter."

Why do these stories always seem to side with the criminals and general wastes of life? Am I reading too deep into this or what. I for one hope he gets his just legal deserts.

CPU64 that is the dumbest comment i've ever heard. now why would they give the theif's name to you? so u can beat the living sh*t out of him? no...they're not that dumb...and that could get them into ALOT of legal trouble.

but when the cops request that information it should be readily given out provided there is evidence to back it up.
