During a shareholder meeting today, Disney senior vice president and general manager Graham Hopper announced that the company's game division, Buena Vista Games, has been renamed to Disney Interactive Studios to better reflect the celebrated brand. More precisely, the re-branding marks a return to BVG's original name, Disney Interactive. The studio will continue to publish both Disney and non-Disney branded titles for all major platforms, including Propaganda Games' forthcoming re-imagining of Turok (pictured).

All I have to say is: Gutsy. I have a hard time believing that we're going to see a lot of "M" rated games from "Disney Interactive Studios" ... Are they going to ask Propaganda Games to nerf Turok?

It is likely that Disney would put the Turok franchise or any M-rated games under a different publisher name. Have any R-rated films have been released under the "Disney" name? (You know, to have the "Walt Disney Pictures" banner in the front, NOT Touchstone, Hollywood, etc.
James Ransom-Wiley was probably joking, but "Disney's Turok" is NEVER going to happen.
Use your logic folks.
