@48

That's a meaningless question though. That's one of the advantages of launching first. You can't just take that advantage way to make your point. The only meaningful comparison is what's available now.

"Nice you you mention that Mario should retire and yet you seem to forget one of the only reasons that the PS3 will sell any more systems is the fact that at the moment they have the next exclusive Final Fantasy. Speaking of which, what # are they on? FINAL Fantasy 37 XII 2nd Battle? Wow, that's a talent I'll never gain, twisting a game article to be anti-another company, I tip my hat to you sir."

so does the psp, yet you dont see it winning do you? ff crisis core you think will make the psp somehow win?

"Counterintuitive? Not at all. Like I said, previews are almost always positive for any game. All I'm saying is I'm taking a wait and see position on the Wii Sonic game. It's too early to call it good."

Um, wow. You pretty much ignored what I said and posted the same thing again. Therefore you get a summarized version of my previous response: when previewers give favorable impressions of the near-final version of a game, the final version of the game is going to get favorable reviews as well.

If you disagree, please provide counterexamples.

"As for my definition of A-AAA titles... I really don't think the 360 is in much of drought. GoW and R6LV are both fantastic titles that came out during the holiday season. I think Crackdown will end up being an A title at the least and it launches on the 20th of this month. Lost Planet ended up being a bit disappointing, but it's easily as good as, and likely better than, the 70's rated titles you have been listing for the Wii."

I was comparing the console lineups for Q1 2007, not the Q4 2006 games you mentioned (GoW, Rainbow 6, and the Wii games I own). Super Paper Mario and probably SSX Blur and Sonic are great Wii titles for the first part of the year, and those are only the ones I'm interested in.

"You're free to define drought however you would like, but you have to understand that most people measure droughts similar to how I do... they measure droughts by the time span between big releases... not how many average games are launched between."

People define a drought by how many games they buy and play during a certain period, not by how many big games are released. Can you imagine a console that only released blockbuster titles? Now THAT would be a drought. I think you're really underestimating the good-but-not-great titles that make up the meat and bones of most console libraries.

I'd be happy if they can squeeze a little better graphics so I can quit calling it last gen.

what a fucking retarded statement, "WiiPlay hasn't received a 8/10. 6 of the top 10 listed above have averages below 8/10. I don't know where you are getting your numbers... are these rankings you gave yourself?"

you clown.. first of all its a wiimote and 5 minigames included as a free bonus!!! wii play isnt a PROPER game therefor not counted, common sense.

and whats this shit on WW getting old fast? LOOOOL theres alot of loners out there.

did you know WW is ment for groups/partys? no wonder that game gets boring for you fast jesus.. its tons of mini games that you play with friends and family, WW with other people makes the game mega fun and will never get old, playing buy yourself... seriously lol
