*ahem*

DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry, but nothing can change the fact that Raving Rabbids was MADE for Wii. The 360 is great and all, but it's going to be a lot more interesting (read: annoying) getting a video-based motion sensor to work with the game as opposed to a controller/accelerometer based one. Which begs the question: why not bring it to PS3?

Good thing something is finally gonna make good use of the camera. Hopefully it works well.

I was beginning to wonder if I had wasted $30 on that damn camera. I've already got the Wii version, but I'll probably get this one too.

I just hope this game doesn't have as many problems as TotemBall did.

The eye toy.. err vision cam will probably be fun and different. Will four people be able to play at the same time? That could be cool, but is there room? The Wii version is fun with friends, I hope 360 owners don't have to play alone. Better an eye toy than controller alone.

he he, ps3 could use eye toy and 2 sixaxis for the ultimate combo. ftw

Microsoft may have been directly influenced by the EyeToy to make the Vision Camera, but Sony was directly influenced by Sega Dreamcast's DreamEye. It was only released in Japan, but Sega went bankrupt before it came to Europe and North America.

why? Why is this being ported to 360. The PS2 version should have been an example that games made specifically for the Wii are better off NOT being ported to any other console. PS2 Rayman isn't even the same game without the WiiMote.

Screw all this man, where's Assassin's Creed?

You know, I personally enjoy this "DreamEye influenced EyeToy" thing. Because, despite my research, DreamEye revealed itself as nothing more than a webcam. In which case "Sega totally ripped off Logitech" and other such nonsense.

Yes, it used portraits in online gameplay and did SOME of the funtions in EyeToy play (the imaging stuff), but at the end of the day, it didn't focus on motion controls. EyeToy was motion first, vision second. But hey, don't take my word for it...

This is the most detailed DreamEye link I found.
Pardon the crappy translation software.
