Finding every hidden orb in Crackdown

i went through this guide at least 3 times and i still havent found all the orbs. I have 3 agility orbs and 3 hidden orbs and 1 stunt marker and then im done with the game but the game doesnt want to cooperate with me and give them to me.

At the time my system got fried, I had about 480 Agility orbs and around 185 mystery orbs. This map will help, but make it a little less fun! Thanks Herman

That's awesome. Especially that he gave them numbers on the map instead of just showing pictures of them so that you wouldn't know where specifically it is.

Im working on one at the minute, i just have one more area to clear and it should be complete. It wont be numbered like this one though. There is just to many to fit accurate markers and have numbers too.

I'm convinced that In-game collectibles were invented to sell strategy guides.

Games should offer a way, perhaps after the main storyline is completed, to guide you to the remaining collectibles.

I agree about providing a way to help find them. An "Orb Detector", like a metal detector, would be sweet. It could be unlockable or an item hidden somewhere in the game.

You find most of these just playing the game, which is nice. I don't really want to be guided by the game to find hidden stuff like this any more than Crackdown already does... whenever you're near a hidden orb there's this ringing sound.

See, the problem with things like this for the people that already have collected X amount of orbs is it's hard to know which ones you don't have. I have 499 agi orbs and even looking at the strat guide I have NO idea which one I don't have. so basically I just have to keep looking untill I find it or goto every single one on the location map and hope it's one of the first ones I check..I only have 257 hidden orbs but the same pricipal applies.

damn...had i known this would have been featured...i would have submitted it like a week ago...over at the achieve360points.com crackdown forum, a link to this and several different maps (like the hidden orb map, the races (car and rooftop), and all the stunt markers) have been up for over a week if not even 2. and theres an achievement guide too that explains how to get the achievements easier.

Even with help, I still don't want to go after this achievement. Too much work just for an achievement.

The map and screenshots are really helpful...but with that said, I went through all 300 locations, and I've only got 299 orbs. >< There were some orbs I couldn't find and I assumed that was because I had already gotten them. Now I have to go back through all the locations again, and look thoroughly. The ones inside buildings are a pain. >

It's rumored that there is no 500th agility orb
