Somewhat agree with her. ESA is more of a lobby and anything that can free their resources is good. First comment I guess.

wow, a black female leader in the games industry? times are changing!

i think this is an excellent idea. not too long ago, i recall bill gates addressing the issue of not enough local US computer science talent. you hear about the racial disparity of the industry. you hear about the sexual disparity of the industry. everywhere you look, you see an article about incompetent developers [in all fields].

something like this has the potential to inspire a new crop of talent. since the games industry is localized only in a select few locations in america, this is particularly good for students who are in areas quite removed from being able to gain direct insight.
