Back to positive news, eh? You betcha. Aside from the fact every time I see this marketing firm's name I think of Lezard Valeth from Valkyrie Profile, the news they give us this day is quite refreshing. Sony did a pretty good job of showing that it's getting its stuff together for the upcoming year at GDC and Lazard Capital Market acknowledged this.Colin Sebastian, of Lazard fame, said that Sony's story at GDC was one of the "comeback" variety -- proud to see the announcement of HOME as well as more PS3 development tools and technologies for third-parties. Colin thought HOME "could represent an important milestone for Sony as it seeks to build a stronger community for PS3 owners, as well as narrow the gap with Microsoft's Xbox Live, which is already a popular and more established online service."
He spoke also of the PSP, Wii, and 360. We won't cover that here, but we assure you that there were good words spoken all around. Essentially, Lazard is happy with all the consoles and we should be, too!
