It is pretty obvious that summercamp is not European. As 98 pointed out, he calls his Sega by the US only name. The electrical outlet in his picture is obviously an American type A or B outlet. We used to have some concentration camps in California too, but they didn't hold a candle to the European or Japanese ones.
