That's linux my friend - clearly a gnome panel being shown in the top-right on a non-Apple display. Clues 1 and 2. No one will likely read this comment but it had to be said.

and to jrieth50...does Linux support Spotlight? Cause isn't that what the blueicon in the upper right is?
