Midway to develop Aqua Teen Hunger Force combat golf game

Licensed games, with some exceptions, generally fare badly in terms of quality. There is a glimmer of hope in that ATHF creators Matt Maiellaro and Dave Willis will be "working closely" with Midway, but we're not getting our hopes up.
The game is due out this fall on PlayStation 2. If there is any parallel to be drawn between the game and the movie, Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theatres, however, some sensationalist event might cause the game to expand its horizons to newer generation consoles.

Cant wait for the Wii port of the PS2 version... going by history it will have worst graphics and broken controls.

I've never actually seen the show, but I've heard some interesting things about it. :D
(Also, I'm pointing out the obvious, but.)

Cool that they are finally making a game for ATHF, but I would rather have "a movie made for game/Adventure/Action game" on the Wii or Xbox 360, then a crappy "epic, action-adventure combat golf, cart racing game" on the PS2.
I know the PS2 is a great system, but come-on....at least make it for more than one system.

I'm hoping for a 360 port as well.
