Today's most relative game video: GTA clock

While some of us are counting the seconds until the Grand Theft Auto IV release, others are so GTA-hyped that they count the seconds until the game's trailer. Rockstar apparently took its online promotion to late-night TV, featuring 30 minutes of the countdown to the ad to the game. YouTube user "nospacesinmyname" lets us all bow down to the clock.Alas, the clip only shows a few minutes of the entire 30-minute "commercial." We've watched it four times with the hope that some GTA IV magic will reveal itself, but nothing has differed. Maybe on the fifth try.

He was using a line was a direct quote from Futurama, season 4 episode 6 (Bender Should Not Be Allowed On TV). The gang is watching "Everybody Loves Hypnotoad" (which consists entirely of a single shot of the Hypnotoad), and Fry says that the show has been going downhill since season three.

The new episodes will be on Comedy Central/DVD not Spike. Comedy Central also purchased the rights to show all the old episodes. It all starts next year.

How can this game live up to it's hype? All the GTA games are basiclly the same anyway. It will be cool to go online, but not really that cool.
I feel like with this much hype, it's likely that even hardcore fans of the series will maybe find it a little anti-climactic when the game finaly arrives but does not cause a life changing moment of almost spiritual proportions, and instead is just GTA agian with better graphics.

I think there is a massive misunderstanding about GTA IV. Everybody thinks its GTA "four". Its most definitely GTA IV as in "intravenous" as that is the most potent delivery method for a game so smacked up like GTA.

Maybe it means it's coming out on July 15? It could be sloppy editing on that Youtube video or the compression was bad just for that second?
