WRUP: too many to decide edition

With a whole slew of new releases for the Wii hitting retail shelves this week, there's plenty of options available to the gamer seeking to, well ... game this weekend. That, and the fact that it's Friday, inevitably leads us to our usual question: what are you playing? Will you be flipping burgers (we'll take ours medium-rare) and chopping onions in Cooking Mama: Cook Off, or are you looking to make the streets safe again with those lovable Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?

Maybe you have something more sinister in mind and would like to put in some work for the Don in The Godfather: Blackhand Edition? Let us know what you're playing in the comments!

oh c'mon we don't get any damn releases in europe.
they even pushed Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 2 back till next week. But I could buy myself that BluRay Pizza-oven which has been released today. Yay.

I *might* play Tiger Woods '07. But so far...it's been more frustrating than real golf. It's better than Pangya and Wii Sports golf though. Rather than getting pissed that the backswing is never read on time, I'll probably just go buy a new set of clubs and hit the links instead.

I highly doubt there will be any Wii playing this weekend...it'll be God of War 2, Halo 2, and Xbox 360 games. Maybe I'll squeeze in a couple rounds of bowling ;). Samus...where art thou?

Godfather is the only decent one of the bunch. 2 weeks Super Paper Mario!!

I do have a ton of games to play, but too much school work to do to get good gaming in. I figure I'll play a few rounds in Tiger Woods and maybe get to the half way point on Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door. I'd like to put more time into Crackdown on the 360, but I doubt it'll happen.

I find Tiger Woods MUCH easier to control than Wii Golf. When you hold B to start your swing, pause for just a second before you start your backswing. It registers perfect every time. I just wish they uped the graphics a bit off the GC version.

Playing Godfather: Blackhand Edition. Loving it. Choaking out thugs is a sheer joy. Some of the controls take a little getting used to, but overall it's a fantastic experience. The graphics are a mixed bag. Sometimes they are really good, other times they aren't. Still looks much better than it would on the PS2 and on par with the XBOX version. I only hope they handle Scarface this well (if not better).

waiting on a gamefly shipment of TMNT. (and someone down the hall is getting godfather and tiger woods on gamefly, also) i'm not expecting too much from TMNT, but the other two i'd enjoy, i think...
