and yes my name....Well get this.......I want the 360 to co-win with the co-win of the ps3..isn't the market big enough that it can be shared with everyone..more competition more games equals gamers win..but xbots don't want this

they want the ps3 and even sony to just roll over and die...look the ps3 is already in a distant third yet xbots still feel the need to troll ps3 related sites (ps3fanboy.com and etc) just to bash and start shit!..why? you people are already ahead and still feel the need to "secure" your product? again xbots suck 360 fanboys are cool..but xbots suck..if you can't tell the difference the by all means you should just stop living because life is a lot harder then this

folding@home in my view is one of the very coolest things my PS3 does. very well done, and very important. but i can't say thats what i bought it for, can you?

ideally, EVERY computer device should do this when not used, including the 360. maybe one day.

the reason its out for PS3 is because the CELL is tailored made for this kind of stuff. parallel data processing is the Cell's undisputed strength, but as many debate, actual gaming may not be.

the rings of death thing IS an issue, and microsoft has acknowledged it, reimbursed people and extended their warranty. while it hasn't effected me, it has touched some of my friends.

another Sony strength is hardware, but conversely, MS's strength is software, so even with my friends sending machines back and waiting for the replacements, they were still playing games online before PS3 even came out. and in 2007, PS3 users still can't cross invite friends.

in the end, these are both things i expect to end relatively soon.

same with PS3's current game drought, and it's price.

but until Sony gets its act together, sometime late this year, early next, the PS3 kinda deserves to be ragged on, because it shouldn't have been launched like this. thats the reason for all this furor you see all over the internet.

lol limited edition. ltd editions dont mean jack anymore... its only called limited edition to get people to buy it thinking their getting something no one else is getting.

Only People who already have 360's are gonna buy this, and then brag how its (almost) equal to the PS3... except they just spent 800$ and all they get is 2 xbox's. Tape em together maybe you will get 1 super system worthy of competition with the PS3 or Wii.

actually i can see what MS was doing. they are directly trying to entice anyone holding out for Sony but who have been disillusioned with the PS3.

it's black, has HDMI and bigger storage, and they let the rumor leak the same week DMC4 and AC6 are announced for 360. and its still cheaper than PS3.

who knows, could work. though i still think it'll be more popular with the current xbox crowd..

I agree, the ps3 does needs to be raged on so that sony can get their shit together...but that is no excuse for microsoft to be treating the market like anyway they feel

I feel as if the Cell is built around a more computer soul then anything else and I think we all agree that computers are far better then consoles..so whats wrong with sony trying to build something with that in mind?

I have actually read that some Developers in Europe and Japan thinks that designing for the ps3 is easier then that Ps2 and we all know and can agree the the ps2 had some of the best games, because sony started to pay attention more to the developers this time around

What I am getting at is that we need to push developers and give them reasons to not be half-assed, as gamers we should want the most advance not half-ass stuff just because they think its "too hard"

I have read a huge number of positive things about the ps3 but for some reason its hard to find ,as if people are actullay ignoring it on purpose..no really I have seen people (xbots) twist positive commnets from develpoers into something negative

I have heard developers praise blu-ray, and I just heard that tekkan 6 would take advantage of CELL, we should focus on the 10 great things about the ps3 not bitch about the 3 minor negative things...
