So basically joystiq saw the site while it was being updated, and coincidentally, at exactly the same time, a gust of wind caught their collective sense of humour and blew it out their office window!!

You guys just aren't funny, and then you try to be funny, and then are even less funny.

For those having trouble deciphering the title, and therefore posting like a dimwit:

What the F*ck? Rockstar, Where are you PLAYSTATION 3 Grand Theft Auto 4? Oh! nevermind.

Usually I don't like to jump on Joystiq editors for showing their "bias", but really...read that post out loud...

This article reminds me of the essay I wrote for a mock exam at school...

Sarcasm is fun!

Yeah, wtf Chris? Joystiq isn't funny, it's never been funny, and it never will be funny. My sense of humour will never perceive it as funny, so therefore it never will be.

In summary: not funny Joystiq blah haha blah funny funny humor funny anti-Sony bias haha funny funny funny.

Is this joystiq's way of breaking the embargo for tonight's Microsoft surprise announcement? Kotaku's subtitle for the announcement is "BREAKING: Two exclusives in two days". Hmm, sounds like they're trying to tell us something.

Some people need to lighten up

This was an excellent way to deliver an otherwise ho-hum piece of SNAFU
It also excellently detailed the kind of hysteria that runs roughshod around the internets, based off of Rumors and speculation

well played, Kyle

This was extremely amusing for about five seconds. Now, on to the REAL dilemma:

The Xbox 360 Elite doesn't have the 65nm Processor in it. Huzzah! More waiting for me....

Scot Rubin of The All Games Interactive pod cast called Laura Foy host of the website claiming the two exclusives and after talking to her he told his listeners that one exclusive was about the 360 and the other news was not and he explained that neither stories will be of much interest to anyone and that even Laura Foy said they were no big deal. Scot used to work with Laura Foy on the G4 network and they have a good relationship. Scot also said the "big news" could already be seen on other websites if you know where to look and when he showed it to his co-hosts it was so lame they did not even know what the hell it was.

To kyle orland... Are you snortin' something, tweekin, or just plain old Bi-Polar. Usaully it helps to write out a rumor with a few facts of truth. As it goes there are none. And even if it is true, the video game console war will not be won with GTA. MS still hasn't been able to outsell Nintendo and overseas PS3 and MS are almost neck and neck. I doubt GTA is going to weigh the odds.

Does anyone still think that the Grand Theft Auto franchise carries enough weight to singlehandedly change the outcome of the console wars? I don't. We've been utterly INUNDATED with these games in the past five years, and the appearance of GTA on a console has not always translated into instant success (see PSP).

It's funny... Normally internet displays of mass illiteracy make me shake my head sadly. But this one I'm quite enjoying. :D

Kyle Orland should write more posts...and I'm completely cereal about that.

Seriously, if you're going to give us non-news disguised as something vaguely news-worthy, at least make it entertaining.

Well played.
