VC Friday: Oh snap, it's Punch-Out!!

We want to go ahead and get this out of the way: this week, there are two other VC games released in Europe that aren't Punch-Out!!, so try to at least notice them. Do your best. We know it will be hard, what with the siren song of boxing dancing before you, within your reach.

So who's buying?

Dragon's Curse (TurboGrafx) -- 600 Wii points
The Legend of the Mystical Ninja (SNES) -- 800 Wii points
Punch-Out!! (NES) -- 500 Wii points

Legend of the Mystical Ninja is one of my favorite games of all time. It's amazing for co-op. You run around the city and play games to get money and buy new shoes and stuff. Then you go into the really hard platformer levels. Whenever you get to a really awkward jumping part though, one of you can jump on the other guy's back and keep swinging your weapon around like a madman while they time the jumps. I highly recommend it!

P.S. I beat Tyson. Never heard of Dragon's Curse though.

Never heard of the other games besides Punch-Out, but definitely picking Punch-Out when it comes over to this side of the pond

Mystical Ninja? Please come to the US Monday. That was easily one of the best SNES games that made it to localization.

We need Punch Out badly. This is one of the games i've been holding onto my points for. Super Metroid and Metroid are the only other ones I need to have.
