"What does it have to do with Kit Kat?"

Kit Kat's slogan has always been "give me a break." Although among gamers our downtime isn't neccesarily relaxing. In games like the Sims or Second Life we are "giving ourselves a break" from reality, only to spend that break time immating reality. Our Second Life almost becomes a second job and this is true among many other games such as World of Warcraft. I think the punchline of the joke, showing "Third Life", was to show the absurdity of virtually doing things that can be done in reality.

Sometimes you need to give yourselves a break from the stress of the day, but other times you need to take a break from your fake life and actually live the one that's given to you.

See, the problem about it is that we refer to the "break" in the kitkat slogan as the verb. You know, literally breaking off a piece of that kit-kat bar?

I don't think of taking a break when it comes to the kitkat slogan.

Funny! A 21st century 'Droste Effect'

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Droste_effect

That looks more like a 'spec ad,' meaning an ad someone just creates themselves to build their video reel. The idea is good.

I think Johnny is right - quick, someone figure that out!

It's stupid to play a virtual world within a virtual laptop within a virtual world within your real laptop.

Isn't it equally stupid to watch a virtual political speech within a virtual stage within a virtual world within your real computer, like Obama is doing?

Isn't it equally stupid to watch a video within a virtual movie theater within a virtual world within your tv, like the PS3's "Home" is doing?
