Pac-man + Mii = Pac-miin

It doesn't take much ingenuity to create Mii versions of celebrities like The Office cast, of The Big Lebowski, and some Japanese guys we've never heard of, but it takes some true inspiration to make the Pac-man face above, complete with frowning ghost facial hair. For those who doubt such a creation is possible with the Wii's somewhat-limited palette of face-creation options, we've included a video of the process after the jump. As for us, we're off to the barber and then the plastic surgeon to make this Mii-inspired dream a reality.

Looks amazing!!!!

Why don't you understand that you are paying top dollar for the same shit you paid top dollar for 15 years ago?
Go get your eyes examined unless you love cartoons and have crappy depth percetion.
samfish @ Apr 3rd 2007 10:53PM
I'm still waiting for the ability to make a Joker Mii.
chenry @ Apr 3rd 2007 10:57PM
Matt B has no soul.

Although the Mii Channel has its limitations if people are creative enough they can do some wild stuff with it and that Pac Man one is really one of the more unique ones, but definitely not the only cool one out there.
Miiplaza.net has a crapload of awesome creations, some of which you wouldn't believe could have been done without someone actually taking up the reins to do so.
And Mr. Samfish, there are actually quite a few Joker Mii's on Miiplaza.net. Granted, things like the greenhair, powdered face and red painted smile aren't there, but you can definitely see the character in the Mii.

Yeah Matt B, what's up with the hating?
Did a Mii kill your pa?

Yeah, but then it's just not the Joker..
On a related note, we also need a spit curl hair style.

Chicks dig the Wii, Matt. That's worth the price of admission.

NeverSage @ Apr 3rd 2007 11:52PM

Hmm, pretty sure 1992 looked nothing like this. If this was 1992, all games would start with the word "Super" regardless whether they were super or not.
hmd13 @ Apr 4th 2007 12:28AM
edit, #3, not #8.
mo @ Apr 4th 2007 1:33AM
lol thats awesome
but matt B is right, we need a pacman in full 3d with multi-layer textures and very sophisticated shaders before we should be impressed
you know, like the real pacman
Rubang B @ Apr 4th 2007 3:02AM
Hey Matt B, what Nintendo system did we all pay top dollar for in 1992? The Virtual Boy? Are you comparing the Wii with the Virtual Boy? You should be ashamed of yourself.
Geo @ Apr 4th 2007 7:49AM
Am I the only one who liked the virtual boy? Granted I got it on clearance at TRU for like 30 bucks, but it was pretty fun. Headache inducing, but pretty fun. I had like 4 or 5 games for it too. I wonder where it is...
UpIrons @ Apr 4th 2007 8:37AM
Man that was cool. I wish he had showed it in Wii Sports bowling though, that would have rocked even more!
Matt B @ Apr 4th 2007 9:17AM
Rubang,
I'm comparing it to the original NES so 22 years ago. Have fun.
