Today seems to be quite the news day for our friends in Australia, who now get way more free hotspots to game online, as it's being revealed that the Nintendo DS has sold over 500,000 units in the region. And, in order to help explain the numbers game a bit more, in comparing it to the Xbox 360, which sold 157,000 consoles in its first year (see: crazy fast), the dual-screened platform is still doing a great job in its two-plus year stay. In all, Nintendo is showing us how to move units in the region.
How many of you down there are having trouble finding a DS?
