I really think that you guys should have made notice that the 300 and Guitar Hero jokes were not going to be included for this week's roundup anymore.

It kind of sucks for people who did really funny Guitar Hero strips like RPG-TV this week. Honestly, it really sucks for the webcomic general public that any media source has control over what kind of content may or may not get published on self-published sites. I for one still find Guitar Hero and 300 jokes amusing. I admit that I was getting a bit tired of the "Madness? This . . . is . . . _________!" jokes, but it is fun to see what kind of take each artist throws out there for them.

In any case, I'd avoid "banning" certain types of jokes even if you are feeling that they're a bit overused, simply because there are still outstanding uses of old, tired jokes. I mean, really, the Megaman Rejected Villians is a really repetitive joke, but it's typically been pulled off spectacularly.

Maybe it's because I had seen the VGCats one already (and it was hilarious the first time), but slackerz was pretty good. The above Fanboys one was quite funny too.

I was actually going to vote for the VG Cats koopa one, but then I saw the Digital Unrest Wii Health joke and it zinged me good and got my vote. I would've voted for the Fanboys one though, if it was included.

I voted VG Cats because because of the last panel. That comic doesn't always do it for me, but I laughed at this one. If Fanboys had been in, it would have gotten my vote.

Yeah Fanboys should've been in this poll. Otherwise, all this '300 parodies suck' ragging is all focused on the TWO 300 comics up there, mine and Ramsoomair's.

The VG Cats entry was so well done and spot on that it was going to be hard to beat. The only other one that really made me crack up was the Digital Unrest entry. What can I say, I'm a sucker for pregnant tapeworms. That's *hot*.

Yeah ironically for me it's probably between the fanboys one or the rpg-tv one. I havn't seen 300 yet so its basicly lost on me.
