pre-loading? man, that's brilliant, I would LOOOVE that for ALL future PSP games. I can imagine it being on Crisis Core and GoW as well as DMC.

and the graphic is gorgeous. and the fact you can bring 4 players (without having to hack it) to fight the boss is so sweet. Too bad here in Canada, the likelyhood of finding 4 people with this game is like me going out in searching of another Zune to trade music.

This needs to come out. as well as FF, DMC, GoW, combine that with PSP's current price drop, hopefully it will hyper boost the sale.

Frankly, I just tried Pokemon Diamond on my girlfriend's DS.. very disappointed, it's almost exact gameplay as the 1999 first release of Pokemon Red. *sighs*, if that game can sell, why can't PSP?

PSP is selling well.

Furthermore, Monster Hunter 2nd dominated Japan. It might just do the same in the states.

Yeah, this game does look like a visual treat. Problem is that I just don't see any point in getting a game where my primary goal would be to have co-op, and have no one else for multiplayer mayhem. Maybe once I manage x-link, then I might grab myself a copy.

Well, we all have prehistoric parts within ourselves
- hunting, gathering murhrooms....
things we did thousands years ago to survive..

This game wakes up that sleeping DNA.

As we use salt on our food to remind the taste
of blood.

Rather obvious idea for game,
brilliantly implemented.

I wonder... what 'dna' did Lumines wake up? or for that matter, Mario games, Devil May Cry or even FF? ;)

Perhaps, but given the history - MH 1 did great in Japan but sold ~140,000 in the US - I highly doubt it.

Personally my thoughts on Monster Hunter are like a lot of you guys' thoughts on Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo Tales ... just don't get the attraction ... (actually, I share those thoughts on *both* games, just using it as an example)
