When 95% of the video is just him typing in the URL, and then the screen going blank for a second...eeh, I'm thinking that it probably wasn't worth the time to embed it. ;)

The trial version eh? When the full version is free? What are the odds someone will still have only the trial version and upload that specific jpeg with that malicious code? They would need to have an internet connection to use the browser and Nintendo would have informed them of the updated full version which even they could then realize to download. And it's still just theoretical they can implement malicious code.

Sooo... did I just update my way out of a possible homebrew loophole? 'Cause that would suck.

This is really really old news.

Nor did it really end up being anything. It IS there, which is fine and dandy, but allows for next to nothing to happen. You get to crash your Wii.

I followed this story for quite a bit, hoping that homebrew might arise from it. But nothing ever came out of it.
