Saints Row and Lego Star Wars II are platinum

Meh...Not really a fan of either one of those games.

Sweet! but god i hate those platinum covers... makes me not want to buy the games (yeah i care that much... makes me want to buy a game right when it comes out so it doesn't turn into that).

Platinum covers are awful. Almost as bad as PS1 Greatest Hits. The green totally ruined many good game boxes. Hopefully I can find an original box for $30. Also, WHY ISN'T OBLIVION $30 YET?! It's STILL $60.

The covers are awful. It's like a box inside of a box. I'm not one of those people who just has to have the original cover or I feel weird, but you'd think there'd be a better design.

Oblivion must just be selling too well at its current price for anyone to want to move it over. These aren't just games that sold a lot, they're games that sold a lot and are slowing down... new pricing gives them an added boost to pick up some more steam. Oblivion probably just doesn't fit that yet.

Star Wars Lego 2 and Saints Row are fine additions to the Xbox 360 library of Platinum Hits.

Saints Row isn't as good as Crackdown, but it is still a fine game if you are into those Grand Theft Auto style games. Crackdown is the most fun game of all, though!

I might have to pickup Saints Row now.

Speaking of Crackdown, when is that DLC due? I want my remaining 100 gamerpoints, and new vehicles I guess.

I heard that. I'm holding out for it too. What's taking so freaking long? You'd think after the expansion and all the add ons, they'd cut us a break.

How is Saint's Row platinum before Dead Rising when Saint's Row was released after DR??

agreed. the old xbox platinum hits looked much better than this (though they were no miss america, they did the job). these look like someone got wind of their duty five minutes before the presentation and booted up windows 95 to design something.

also, are the last batch of platinum hits being used? on the newsletter from a while ago it said "coming soon" for cod, battlefield and some others, but the platinum hits site on xbox.com only has the original four. pretty confusing.

when is this supposed to happen? every store still has it at $49 or at the lowest $41 (wal-mart/amazon).

If you want the original cover google for it. cdcovers.cc has a ton of stuff on there. I printed Madden on glossy stock because it came bundled w/ the 360...looks great
