New Gears of War maps hit this Thursday

Stop all the damn whining. Half of you people dont even have any bills. I mean 4 new maps for the price of 2 combos at Mc Donalds is fine by me. You poverty stricken gamers should just wait till September.

If you would like to see more free content on the marketplace, then you should wait. The maps will be just as new to me and my friends when we pick them up for free. In the meantime I got plenty of other games to keep busy plus the still fairly new Annex mode.

Let me see.... I already payed $60 for this game. A rather short offline game BTW, and it had a whole 10 maps and 3 gametypes outta the box for multiplayer. Now that doesn't piss me off...

But this effectively makes GoW a $70 game. It's just ridiculous. Especially since Epic wanted to give them away. That's what has me pissed off the most. They are gonna ruin this generation of gaming with all this micro transaction BS.

Patch the cover system first before working on maps! Lets try to get the patch right this time and actually test it before releasing it.

I found a bunch of original xbox live subscriptions at Toys r us for $15 a piece, so I currently have live until sometime in 2009, I think.

However, I won't be buying these... It's not a bad price, but it does feel cheap considering they said all content would be added for free later. I haven't played Gears of War mp in a while now. Gun lag and glitching put me back to Halo 2 for a while.
