First off, David Candland isn't a hack, he just really likes baseball caps. Secondly -- good news, everyone! Bungie is holding an emblem contest in which the winning design will be featured in Halo 3!Bungie has the official skinny, but the gist of it is that your submission must be completely original, non-offensive, made of two colors and be 128x128 pixels in size. And should you not be a master of Photoshop, you can also submit your tiny, beautiful art by snail mail.
