It's too bad that they can't just let you make your own emblem. But I understand that if they did, everybody would be running around with a huge penis on their arm.

I don't get this. Why do console manufacturers create console identities (Gamertags, Gamerpics, Miis, etc.) only to have third (or in this case, second) party game developers not adopt them? I think you should be able to use your gamerpic as an emblem. Why else do we have them if not to include them as an identity mark in-game?

@the topic...

I was real interested... until I saw you win nada, nothing, zip, zilch aside from having your design in the game.

@AirIntake

"But I understand that if they did, everybody would be running around with a huge penis on their arm."

Simple solutions abound. Custom emblems would be missing on people not in your friends list. I don't know why the AC series has been doing this for a while, RR7 has a custom emblem editor, and even Mario Kart DS let's you do this but Halo is above all that.

Or more importantly, why are there still no bots in this series?

@RamJaw:
Good point. That'd be great idea. It might actually make MS sell some more gamerpics.

Anyway, I'm down for this. Sounds fun.

@Sheppy

I was pseudo hoping you'd give it a go cause your stuff is awesome. I was tempted to try my luck but the whole "We will be profiting from your work, while you sit can around with a thumb up your bum" thing doesn't really please me. I mean at least give away a 360 and a copy of a game to the winner. Seriously.

Hell, I would settle for a poster or a t-shirt as a prize. I may enter anyway just as a little brainspill exercise.
