Guitar Hero '80s edition in June -- maybe July

Well first of all, I think Girlfriend is a terrible song, but thats because I like hard rock and metal. Anyway, thats not the point of my post.
What I want is some modern hard rock and metal. Some bands like Three Days Grace, Breaking Benjamin, Disturbed, 30 Seconds to Mars, Shinedown, Nonpoint, Fuel, Revis, Rise Against, maybe even some more Lamb of God. Except the Laid to Rest cover is freakin horrible. I know most of you will probably disagree with me, but this is just the kind of music I like. Although I wouldnt say no to U2, but I dont really think that they would fit in in Guitar Hero.

All I have to say is that there is a difference between a song being "good" and a song being "hard to play." If you don't get that, ask the Troggs how they got their money.

GH is a lot of fun.

It has, however, fused the mind-bogglinglt petty posing of video game fans with the grating pretentions of music fans. So now the graphics/expansion packs will be ruining the purity of Guitar Hero AND it'll be on the wrong system so whingers will hate it OH AND the music all sucks because it's not atonal punk that lost its relevance to most people two decades ago.

I don't see why you guys are so pissed about this game coming out. The 80's were full of great bands: Metallica, Anthrax, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, and so on; I'm sure those bands won't be in this game, but maybe on GH 3. P.S....they really do need to get "Master of Puppets", or "Hallowed Be Thy Name" in there. Maybe even "Stairway to Heaven", but thats never gonna happen, even in "Guitar Hero: Rocks the 70's". =D

By the way: If you guys hate the 80's so much, then why buy ANY guitar hero games? About half the songs on both games are from the 80's: Pantera, Iron Maiden, Megadeth, and so on. Besides, most GOOD guitar work is illustrated in rock, and most GOOD rock is from the 70's and the 80's....the 90's pretty much killed rock...DAMN YOU NIRVANA, but thank god for Pantera, on that note....anyways, before I stray off subject again, if you say the 80's suck balls, then just wait for "Guitar Hero: The 90's Rawk My Socks". I'm sure it'll be out soon enough.
