It might not be worth mentioning since it's a movie license, but the Wii has at least Shrek the Third coming out.

@Shagi

Oh shi! You completely reminded me that game was coming out! I can't wait.

Seriously been a loooong time since we've got a good Labyrinth game. (Misses Shining in the Darkness)

Command Conquer has always been one of my favorite games. Personally, this is a must have for me!

Justin (post #5), this week starts on the 7th. Etrian Odyssey is apparently shipping on the 15th (according to EBWorld), which clearly makes it NEXT week. Therefore the list is wrong.

OK, I think we've got things straightened out now. There's still conflict about the date on Amazon, but we're deferring to EB. Thanks guys.

AJ, I wouldn't sign up, or go to your site due to your cheesy signature embedded into your posts.

How can you play that kind of game (C&C) without a mouse?

Andrea - a mouse is nothing but a pointing device. A thumbstick can do the same thing.

Justin (post #8), Gamefaqs also lists Etrian Odyssey as coming out next week. Still, here's hoping that my sources are wrong and your source is right.

Satan Is My Motor:"a mouse is nothing but a pointing device. A thumbstick can do the same thing."

lol.....

Yeah, right. Playing an RTS with a controller is like spreading peanut butter on a slice of bread with a fork, it's clumsy, inefficient, and there's a much better tool for doing it.

Consoles ought to stick to what's good on consoles, RTS is certainly not one of them.

I'm fairly sure halo 2 is 5/22. Or at least that's what EB says.

I don't understand how you can play C&C on a console. I have a 360, but I can't imagine playing RTS/RGE/Strategy games like this on it. I would probably throw the shitty controller at the wall after five minutes of frustration with the clumsy controls and then go back to playing it on my PC.

@18, Actually it has been working out pretty well. I've been reviewing the 360 version and it works nicely.

If you have a 360, download the demo and try the controls for yourself. They are surprisingly solid.

@Justin McElroy

I got a Sunday circular from Circuit City in Salt Lake City (say that three times fast) that said it would be available Wednesday at 5:00PM for 39.99 (regularly 49.99).

so can anyone confirm weather or not C&C3 supports system link? I would feel ripped off if it only supports multiplay over live.

Or better yet, hit the "mash" button to embed the video on your blog.

One of my coworkers is a huge fan of the series, and after watching this with him, I'm probably going to go buy it myself.
