Did this guy even graduate from Law School. Let alone High School?

Wendy's is releasing replica Wii based merchandise,
Manhunt 2 is being released on the Real Wii

TWO Senarios that are COMPLETLY IRRELIVENT to each other.

Thats like saying

Burger King is selling Finding Nemo toys
Finding Nemo is a movie
Movie's can be violent and offensive
Therefore Finding Nemo s Promoting Violent and Offensive movies
Therefore Burger King is promoting Violent and offensive movies via promoting a kids movie

Is this guy High or just incrediblly stupid?

I think we're all missing the bigger picture here. "A dear friend of mine worked for Wendy's.."

Jack has A friend?

First off, if you guys read the HUGE document where he was describing his life story, he paints himself in glowing terms and even accuses the government of mass conspiracy against him. He just happens to be a modern day Don Quixote and video games are his dragon.

I mean, hell. Anyone who thinks he isn't being taken seriously based solely on his outspoken faith in todays culture MUST be fucking dilusional.

Anyone else find it funny that Wendy's serves portions of dead animals for consumption. Wendy's murders cows and chicken by the thousands everyday. When you kill anything living, its murder. Of course there are different levels of legality involved.
I think Jack should see the perspective of fighting a FAKE murder simulator vs worrying about toys selling at an actually murdering company.

@53 "He just happens to be a modern day Don Quixote and video games are his windmill."

Fixed, and we all know what happens when you tilt with a windmill. You hit your head a lot and probably end up doing it again due to the damage to your faculties.

Actually, my reference works. Because, in Don Quixotes mind, the windmill was not a windmill, but a dragon. Jack Thompson perceives violent video games (read: windmill) and a destructive and perceived evil (read: dragon).

So, uh, what about Burger King?

They had a much more direct connection with Xbox / Xbox 360 when they sold the King series games, right?

The Xbox has far more violent games than Wii. Why didn't he go after Burger King then? Was it because he didn't have a friend who was friends with The King?

Of course, the very idea of attacking a fast food chain for offering toys that aren't even remotely related to the game in question is ludicrous. Kid's meals are for kids. Manhunt 2 is for 18+ adults. How are they connected? If the kid ends up with the game, whose fault is it? Wendy's? The store they bought it from? How about the person who bought it for them? Oh, that's right! PARENTS take responsibility for their children's actions!

I'd totally forgotten.
