The Australian government's Office of Film and Literature has rated a mysterious new title called Bomberman Live for Xbox 360. The game, which received a "G" rating, was submitted by Hudson Entertainment and is expected to be the long-lost version of Bomberman heading for XBLA. Hopefully, this Live version will make us forget about that other Xbox 360 Bomberman fiasco.
Currently the ESRB has not rated the title, but this would be the second recent occurrence we receive a game announcement from an overseas ratings board. An XBLA version is still a good ways off with no ESRB rating and no official announcement, but at least it's in the cards.

Games and rumors of games are all the rage in the next-gen era, but conspicuously missing is actual games. It seems like choices are so limited, but I would gladly accept a new Bomberman if this is true.

I WANT A PROPER BOMBERMAN GAME NOW!
Sorry. But I do hope this means that we will get to have some 4, maybe 8, player online Bomberman deathmatches. Need release date, NOW.

Oh hell yes, this is the sort of title that XBLA needs - online multiplayer would be awesome.

To be honest, I'd be perfectly happy if they just straight ported the SNES Bomberman and added online. Pumping up the gfx to HD glory would certainly be a bonus, though. I loves me some Bomberman, though. Well, except the *shutters* 360 version.

8-player levels with a map editor would be awesome.

With the added goodness of widescreen maps and Online, this could be a simple redux of the SNES version and I'll still be one happy little fluffy bunny...
