Saints Row is an amazing game still to this day (I have owned it since day 1 and I love it still to this day)

It took almost everything that was wrong with GTA and made it right. Extremely deep game to say the least.

Saints Row 2 will be incredible, no doubt...Hell I'll own both franchises!!

saints row was an incredible game. in my opinion the best gta copy to date, but it was just that, a gta copy.

for me saints row was most definitly a filler. the game was fun but all the 'cool' gang-speak b.s. was incredibley annoying and fake. gta's characters and plotline feel much much more genuine.

plus the ending to saints row SUCKED BALLS!!!!!

I think it'll end up filling a GTA void again.

Not to say that's a bad thing, it was a strong game and will likely become a strong franchise, but fact of the matter is, if they release the game about a year from now, maybe even a year from when GTA4 was released and all it's hype has died down, they'll still be filling a GTA void, and that's good for them, because they're not quite at the GTA-level of fanbase.

I bought Saints Row when I got my 360 because there was no GTA. After playing it, I quickly realized it was better than any GTA I had played before it.....they simply improved on everything in my opinion.

I have GTAIV on order, but I will certainly be buying Saints Row 2 as well.

I will own both. I have every GTA game made, even the PSP games. (well, every GTA 3 game, not the crap before) I also own Saints-Row, which I think is also a great game. Some act like it is either/or, while I say the more the merrier. I hope the next Saints-Row will be a larger city, more weapons, more cars, etc. And LONGER. (Not that I finished it yet, but almost) I think the folks at RockStar took a look at the 'Row and saw a bunch of things that worked better than GTA. With luck, the 'Row will do the same once GTA 4 come along. Competition is great, especially for us gamers.

Well I have Saints Row and had GTA and din't see a lot of diffrents between them. I hope GTA 4 will come with somthing innovative, I actually expect it from them. So I'll still pick the hype over the copy....

Saints Row was an amazing first step into the sandbox-schmutzchmacallit genre. It's almost as good as the GTA3 series, as far as content is concerned.

Saints Row 2 will be on my list, as well as GTA4!

ill own both games , im a huge fan of GTA..always had the games on the release day :P..saints row was just a little change from GTA and i like change! so bring them both on xD

I used to be a huge fan of gta and i own all their games and once i got saints row i fell in love with it and i have had the game now for half a year and not once i have went back and played a gta game. saints row is the new gta
