
So, we still don't know if Nintendo actually decided to make this concept into a game (and we strongly doubt it), but at least the world-premiere of "WiiJ"ing got off to a fine start a few days past. The concept is simple: use a couple of hacked Wiimotes to control a popular audio mixing program. They hardly allow for advanced mixing techniques, and the executi ... oh my gosh, they have pretty blue lights on them! Sweet!
Where were we? Right. Well, according to several sources, the event proceeded quite well, as several hundreds ubernerds like us went crazy for the Nintendo theme-laden mix, chock full of Metroid and Mario goodness. For some first-hand impressions, head on over and check out the mayhem.
