I'll admit I am a 360 fanboy but fuck why can't XBL get this game, I had so much fun playing it on n64 when I was a kid

If it wasn't for CAC and Halo 3 beta, I'd pay $5 for this. Grab a few friends, turn on controllers, instant blast. Hopefully it has unlimited credits.

A brand new, refreshed Rampage might be cool, but odds are it'd just be completely lackluster while doing one or two things right. Lately developers can barely handle making quality games out of killer IPs. I'd prefer if they didn't ruin our nostalgia- part of what makes these older, simpler games fun is the fact that they are old and simple. Trying to update them just makes them show their age.

I'll pass. Cheap virtual downloads is fine for people willing to invest in the nostalgia factor.

By 'Rampage around the world', i thought you meant the EU marketplace would get something.

*sigh*

Rampage in a persistent GTA-style world would already be miles better than the Rampage games we've gotten in recent years.

Two games you need to look up...

Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction
Blast Corps

Well, fine. Maybe I will.

Who designed Blast Corps. Any chance it will be on the WiiVC?

Man.. I love my Wii but Nintendo really needs to adjust its VC prices to compete. I mean if this N64 game came out on the VC it would be 10 freaking dollars. Eff that, I say.

Am I the only one who would prefer to see a downgrade rather than another upgrade? I liked rampage back when I played it in 8/16 bit. I may or may not have played it in monochrome. Remaking it in 3D, pseudo-3D or any other sparkly crap will only tarnish a game such as this.
