Reebok couldn't advertise their new shoe with the Nike logo on the side... how can Sony advertise their game using PGR3?

I wonder if they got away with similar crap like this before the PGR thing, nobody caught it, and they just kept with it. It reminds me of the time Sega 'stole' the controller ports from the Atari 2600 for their Genesis console. (You can use Genesis controllers on your 2600 in a limited way thanks to that, by the way.)

It seems to be a general rule; 'If you can get away with it and come out ahead, do it.'. ..Yeah..like the SIXAXIS was BEFORE the Wiimote....sure...

What really gets me is that these are OBVIOUSLY PGR cars....they're even orange!

It's funny, but it's also seriously wrong and should demand court action now.
It's like some loser kid in your class steals someone's essay paper and tries to pass it for his own, knowing he couldn't come up with something of quality on his own without stealing.

More proof that Sony's game division is completely lacking any institutional control. Every thing they do is thrown together, over-hyped, over-promised, badly-designed, half-assed and delayed.

There's really no reason to sue because it gives Microsoft & PGR some free & very funny PR. This probably happened because they were using PGR clips for a draft version & the art director forgot to swap it out. This is why marketing needs such tight controls becaue too many people don't know what they're looking at. If you feel like being sue happy, launch a class action suit against Sony or Kia for false advertising.

Maybe this is all part of some portfolio of work that some PR guy is putting together to try to get a job at Microsoft!
