Sheesh.
Anyway, try as I might, I could never get into the Prime games. I just don't like FPS's.
...although I did enjoy them about as much as I liked Doom and Quake. That's something, coming from me, personally.

Finally, a real Wii game.
Now if I could only beat the MP boss and then finish MP2...

What, Twilight Princess, Super Paper Mario, Wario Ware, Raving Rabbids, SSX Blur, The Godfather, and Trauma Center (not to mention everything else) weren't already worth it?

If they did that you'd be staring at five blank screen shots, now wouldn't you

crazy !?"
Just to piss off Sony & MS trolls.
On topic, I'll have to wait for some reviews before picking this one up. I loved Prime, Prime 2 not so much.

These must be the same people that complained about the Halo 3 beta.

It's always nice to exaggerate a bit :P

...so if someone actually bought a Wii (like I did) and is genuinely dissappointed with it (like I am,) then that makes us haters and fanbots and automatically invalidates our opinions? Right...
PS. MP3'll probably get better by the time it comes out, but these screenshots look like coathanger abortions.

We should fill the threads all with generic positive comments.

for a 360 game the graphics in the halo 3 beta weren't that impressive and they aren't likely to that much better (if at all) before release either so...and that's not judging by small, shitty screen shots either.
here, on the other hand, we have a handful of screen that show off the more mundane areas that, of course, nobody is going to crap their pants over. we all know there have been other places show in screen shots that do a better job of conveying how good the game looks.
as a side note, more importantly this game should be more of a showcase for wii fps controls than one for the graphics.

I love how the gameplay looks! Will be nice on the Wii!

I think there is a lot of fun in that little system, and I definitely don't regret buying it, HOWEVER, this is REALLY looking dated.
I don't mind if most games are cartoony Mii-ish graphics, so long as they don't strive for nice visuals and come up short.
After staring at pictures of Crysis and UE3 engine shots recently, it just makes this look... old. And yes a Wii shouldn't be compared to a top of the line PC, but sometimes it's hard to separate those things.
However if the game is immensely fun, none of this even matters, and I hope that's true. But I was never a big Metroid fan to begin with (outside of Super Metroid, and the one for the original gameboy, both of which I LOVED!)

Never before have I been at such a loss to explain why a seemingly identical sequel was so much worse than the game that preceded it, I'll say that much.
The Wii really is in kind of an odd state at the moment. So far the games that I've enjoyed the most - Kororinpa, Warioware, Wii Sports - have been the ones that seem to offer the least "value;" I haven't been too enthused paying full price for any of them. Meanwhile, the big-budget thirty-hour titles that nobody really questions the $50 worth of - obviously, Twilight Princess and Super Paper - have bored me to tears. In part, I guess this is to be expected from such a novel control mechanism, but there's no doubt that a good bit of it also stems from Nintendo's franchises being weighed down by decades of self-reference that they wouldn't dare leave out.
I'm still maintaining hope for Galaxy and Brawl, at least, and truth be told 'hope' is something of an understatement.

You throw (without letting go... is the key) the Nunchuck forward to throw the beam forward. You use that to grapple onto places, rip broken doors off their hinge, and rip sheilds off of enemies.
