Well, sounds like the Outfit to me, I'll watch this one. Quite honestly, Medal of Honor Airborne looks like a new twist on the WWII set, and I'm liking what I see so far.

I personally could play WW2 FPS all year. Looking forward to this, Medal of Honour *and* Brothers in Arms.

And another thing, how is turning Call of Duty 4 into "Modern Combat" an original improvement for the series? Playing as an American shooting "terrorists" in a desert *again*?! Woop-de-do.

People whine about WW2 FPS's, and for good reason... but really, what else is there? Terrorists and aliens? There are only so many different things to shoot at (while remaining socially and politically correct, at least).

Then again, maybe I'll get lucky and some of the FPS's will morph into space combat sim operas, reinvigorating the dead genre!

@2. I agree totally - there's something so viceral about the weapons and circumstances of WWII. There are times you want a high-tech tactical game experience (GRAW) and others you just want to lob potato grenades ;-) Call of Duty will be missed.

M0H:A looks like the one to beat, but I look forward to this too...
