While LucasArts says it's adding some new content, we fear that the upcoming Lego Star Wars game, Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga will just be a new name on an old title. Still, the humor in this series is worth a second look -- at least in cost-free trailer form -- and this ad for the game reminds us why we enjoy this unlikely franchise at all.
In time for the 30th anniversary, see epic Star Wars events reenacted with Legos after the break.
Online co-op sounds great. Other than that--well, if you already have the games, it's probably not worth it, unless you're huge fan. If you don't, it's definitely worth checking out, in my humble opinion.
I was waiting for them to announce this game, I knew they would sooner or later, Definitely a game worth picking up... lol and they said viva piniata was for kids
Never played one of them, but since I heard so many good things about the games I think about getting the Wii-version. Is the humour just for the trailer or did they take all the stuff from in-game cutscenes?
I have both games for the GC, because I bought a Wii and got them for cheap. Since bought up everything that is good for the GC I haven't layed these yet (going by alphabet here) and well now it looks like I might sell them and get this instead for the Wii, but I'll wait and see what the reviews say. Controlling a light saber would be awesome with the Wiimote. Otherwise I might just get it for my 360.
I'll be buying Travelers Tales is adding enough extra content that I want to warrant the purchase also the Widescreen support and Pressive scan to the first game. I'll probably wait till it's $30.
ARGH! When will the word learn that you don't pluralize Lego with an S at the end. Its just "Lego" you can't say Lego's thats retarded. Like when hunters say "We're hunting elephant" there is no need for an "S"
Chris, when will you learn that an apostrophe shows possession or use of a contraction? You certainly could say "Lego's" in a non-retarded manner. "Lego's an important part of my daughter's playtime" (short for "Lego is").
I think you're freaking out about "Legos", and likely the misuse of the apostrophe as a plural (so why not say that you can't pluralize with an apostrophe?). At least your heart was in the right place.
