If the PSP-destroying demo has made you thirsty for more DJ Max, don't fret: the NeoGAF community has written up a guide on how to play a free online version of the game. With their handy guide, you won't need to know Japanese -- all you'll need are ninja-like reflexes to withstand the onslaught of falling notes.
Create a free account here, and then download the game here. (Note: You will need to use Internet Explorer.) Use the NeoGAF guide to help you through the process.

i hated the psp demo, I kick ass at DDR, but this game made me look like an idiot. I can see why someone broke their psp over this.

Need to use IE? Oh, I don't think so. There's an extension for FireFox that masks its UserAgent, making it appear as if it's IE. Figures that anything remotely related to Sony is a Windows exclusive (No lub for UNIX derivatives)

Anybody can tell me how you can play the other songs besides the ones you are first given. I see a pop up message come up saying the only word I understand is credits. How do you get more credits?

^You have to buy credits with REAL money.
Yep, so if you've got a credit card and don't mind spending 10 bucks, you'll be allowed to play those premium songs (which are generally better than the free ones).
Although the person posted to use the JP version, I prefer the CN (Chinese) version, just because you can play some premium songs for free. =)
