ScrewAttack presents the top ten douchebags of gaming in this video, and no one escapes their wrath, from Wario to Superman, to the King from Sneak King. They call out general douchbaggery wherever they see it.

You just knew Jack Thompson would make this list, right? However, the number one douchebag isn't anyone you would suspect at all. Watch the video and see if you agree. Someone evade the list? Let us know who they should have included.

I would've said Link from Zelda for number one. Yeah, he saves the world or whatever, but he walks into people's houses unannounced, breaks their stuff, takes their money, and never speaks when spoken to.

Hello? Tingle!? He's the greedy little extortionist who was without question the single worst flaw in the otherwise excellent Zelda: Wind Waker. How he avoided inclusion on this list is anyone's guess.

I'd have to put up Dr. Wily, too. Not only would the old man try the same plan too many times (8 main games, two arcade games, first four GB games, etc.), but he tries to pin his crimes on others a couple of times (framing Protoman in MM5, and forcing Dr. Cossack to take the blame in MM4 by kidnapping his daughter Kalinka).
Then, there's the fact his own creations have turned against him (Bass and Treble).
Oh, and he gives Zero a ponytail and booblights. Forever embarassing his youngest "son" as being a girl, and spawning lots of X/Zero H doujin.
(Actually, I don't know if doujin of that exists, but I wouldn't be surprised... And I'd be happier not knowing it's true)

They should have stuck with games which have survived the test of time, like they did with most of them, MGS was pushing it, Viva Pinata... No. But I agree with a lot of the list, why Tails from Sonic didn't make that list I'll never know. He's pointless to the core.

I think the #1 douchebag is anyone and everyone you play against on XBL. In fact, I'm gonna go be a douchebag right now by ONLY using my chainsaw in Gears; over and over and over again until I get kicked by the host!

Whoever was responsible for the $600 ps3 (kutagari) or Wa-Luigi warrants being on this list.

You know, I can't help but think this might have more impact if someone taught these guys how to spell "douchebag."

If we're going to throw real people into the mix, we might also want to put up Satoshi Tajiri, for insisting that at least one Pokemon can't be caught no matter what in every game - not everyone has the time to go to an event just to see Mew, ya know.

I hate to sound cliché, but these guys are the real douchebags. They can't even spell the goddamn word, and their list contains too many "I don't know why"s and obscure TV show clips. Seriously, they decide to bag on Warioware games? The Wii version got an 83 on metacritic, these douches just wanted to be biased pricks about it.

To all those the have played the Medieval Total War games, I don't have to mention the damn pope. No wonder Henry the 8th split from that fucker!

And I wouldn't have picked Dr Robotnik. Knuckles was a bigger tosser by far!

I agree with Dr. A's opinion that Mario should be on the list. As soon as N gave him that squeaky stereotypical voice, and started sticking him everywhere, he officially became a douchebag.

I thought it was pretty funny that they had a picture of a danish tv celebrity in that video.... But I'm missing Ashley from Resident Evil 4, and the guy that suped the american voice recordings for Final Fantasy 12....? Thompson should have been higher though...

But they DID spell "douchebag" correctly. I went back and checked! I have it paused on the word right now.

Also, if you don't like this list, make your own. And make it half as entertaining. I personally think it's pretty spot on. If you wanna go bitching about something that doesn't affect you in any way, the I guess that makes you the douchebag.

Well there was only really one good Superman game and that was "The Death and Return of Superman" everything else... ugh...

BTW Michael Jackson was in 2 other video games that weren't on the list. Ready 2 Rumble Round 2, and Space Channel 5 2.

A) Someone mentioned Kefka, although he gets off on being kinda cool.

Hmmmm... I think they could have left JT off of the list. There have been people going nuts before him, they just have been quiet while he makes a fool of himself. It feels like going through a "Worst monsters in D&D" and having Pat Pulling show up just before the Tarrasque.

They forgot to mention Professor Kawashima from Brain Age on the Nintendo DS. Even though the game is a hit, his annoying face makes me want to shake a nursery full of babies.

Every time I've watched a Screw Attack.com video that wasn't the Angry Something Something Nerd, I've hated it. They have this announcer who sounds like an obnoxious morning radio show host, and they edit in sound effects that make the illusion even more exact.

The Nerd is pretty good, but those lists, in no uncertain terms, SUCK.
