Normally, when saying something like that, we're being sarcastic about touting that, but with Zelda-- Phantom Hourglass in particular, with the gameplay that isn't exactly like every other 3D Zelda-- our enthusiasm is genuine.
These two short commercials on Nintendo's official Japanese DS page show simulated gameplay as a method of explaining the stylus controls. Then, right before each commercial ends, you can see the real thing in action. One video highlights basic movement and sword controls, and the other shows the boomerang (link contains actual article about Zelda boomerang and not a hilarious non sequitur link to the Eddie Murphy movie, even though we totally considered that). Then, just like that, the commercials are over, leaving us alone in silence, Zelda-free and barely able to cope with our stark existence. But it's totally worth it to see Link kill monsters and stuff.
