BioWare MMO planned for 2009
Those looking forward to BioWare's upcoming MMO will have to wait at least a couple more years. In an interview with Information with Information Week regarding their use of StreamBase Stream Processor Engine, technical director Bill Dalton said that the game is due out in 2009.The MMO project has been working under a veil of secrecy; not much else is known about the title, though we'll undoubtedly see more information released before the 2009 launch. BioWare is currently finishing up Mass Effect, which might be released in September.

It's gonna be Knights Of The Old Republic Online...
Hopefully.

I surprised they were that specific about the release date. Bioware has been very tight lipped for the last few months when it comes to Mass Effect, which has been reportedly in the polishing stages for quite some time now.

I totally dig this..I loved KOTOR and Jade Empire and Mass Effect looks extremely promising. BioWare has a good track record so far..and like CJJB said. I will be so sick of WoW by then, already getting there.
But here's a big old hope that this is going to pwn some major ass.

Love Bioware, but finding it hard to get exited about a game that is 2 plus years away.

Why does everyone want more KOTOR? I suppose it's probably because it would be different from the vast ammount of fantasy mmo's but I would be all content like with a new game like Baldur's Gate...NOT like Neverwinter Nights, Baldur's Gate FTW. But the market be already flooded with fantasy :(. Plus it would be very difficult to put a game with that much depth and greatness into MMO. Yay I'm rambling now. Well I'll shurrup....monkeys
