Oh I get it, since this article mentions the British, why not put a picture of a guy with bad teeth?

Ah, there goes another chunk of real creativity from the world. Capitalism has taken another bite out of all that's good.

@ zwarrior

Buddy, you do realize that the picture is a screen from the company's upcoming game (demo recently released, I believe), Overlord. Ludwig did reference that in the last line of the article.

Has nothing to do with stereotypes; although, if it did, since the game was created by British folk themselves, I suppose they could be parodying and ridiculing themselves.

Reign it in. Try not to take offense where none is directed.

Well, I don't know what to think.

I mean, this might be a great move.

On the other hand, I've played and loved Codies' games since the 80s... and however corny it sounds, seeing them releasing awesome stuff on the big-bucks global stage after all this time filled me with a kinda national pride, I'll be very sad if they get swallowed in corporate shenanigans.

Hopefully this will be for the best.

This quote cracks me up, the digital age of video games. I think we're about 30-40 years into the digital age of video games.

"This new investment heralds the next stage for Codemasters as it realises its ambitions to be a global player, readying itself for the digital age," says Codemasters CEO, Rod Cousens
