Clones are one thing, but this is so alike that I think they'll honestly just get in trouble. They even stole the avatar style.

If you want simply the gameplay, without all the fancy graphics and music, you can get the homebrew game Luminesweeper.

There is no way this is going to go on sale. It's a direct rip-off of Lumines, including the name.
