Bloody Wolf....awesomeness!!! I never owned a TG-16 (still trying to find one)..I'm glad that the VC is giving us all the good TG-16 games. All I need is Legendary Axe and Devil's Crush!

Data East somehow didn't get the Rambo license. I mean what? They got Robocop and a whole bunch of others. How could they miss Rambo?

I really hope min-E3 comes with announcements for online play for VC. Just dreamin...

I don't know, I think it can. I mean they still have not released half the sonic and mario games, no mortal kombat, no final fantasy 1-4, or phantasy star, they did not release much in the way of good sports games (maybe license reasons)

there are hundreds of grade A games. They should release those since those are the ones that will have the nostalgic opening their wallets. Nobody stays up at night wishing they could play this junk....

Hey, NES Open Tournament Golf is an amazing game. It's one of the best, if not the best golf game ever made for a console system, in my opinion. =)

There is nothing "lackluster" about Bloody Wolf. Its a fun, top down shooter like Commando. Great graphics for its time, it was one of those games I could beat, then start playing again. Recommended.

I agree with Cyantre! That game kicks ass! Can't wait to go home and buy that bitch!

Hey Number 7, I too would love to see some Phantasy Star action on the VC. Would never see PS1 since that was on the master system but PS4 would be frakin awesome.

As for the rest of the games you list, Metroid 1 will probably come out around the same time as MP3 to build up hype, Metroid 2, however, will never come out as it was on the Game Boy. Tetris Attack just came out on the DS as Puzzle League and has online play. Tetris would rock, too bad the NES version by Nintendo sucked and we will NEVER see the the two-player Tengen version. R&R Racing and Lost Vikings belongs to Blizzard, so it's on them if they want to make pocket change compaired to the fat cash that is WoW.

I've been looking forward to this NES Open Tournament Golf since Nintendo announced its new console was going to emulate classic games. This game may not generate hype for everyone, but for me it's a very very good week for the Virtual Console.

Ever since making your name a link to your website stopped working, I think it's totally acceptable to put a link to your own site at the bottom of your post. 3 links a little excessive, but whatever. fwacce should chill out.

I want Sunset Riders... being kissed on the cheek by a female bar fly or taking a swig from a bottle of booze, while taking down outlaws. There has not been a better Wild West style game made.

Is this the golf game they based WiiSports Golf courses off of?

Crono is right. Wii Golf's courses are based on NES Open Tournament Golf's.
