Today's riskiest video: Jackass trailer

Jackass: The Game interests some of us idealistic gamers. Yes, we're the hopeful ones that think this could be an inventive, Stuntman-esque title, where you have to complete odd feats to progress. The cynical recognize Jackass as an easy cash-in; MTV Games didn't even spring for next-gen development costs and instead decided to sling it to PS2, PSP, and DS players.

Will the real joke be on the gamers who buy the title? We'll find out with the game's September 24 release. Until then, watch the trailer after the break.

too bad those graphics won't look as good as they do there on the DS.
maybe the ds has a fun gameplay style at least.
if not, best bet is of course, the ps2.

That could be pretty fun if it can reach that weird 'sandbox' level of a game that people like use to do crazy stuff in and then post it on YouTube, aka "C4 movies in Battlefield" or "Tricks in Crackdown..."

Check out some of the more detailed videos on GameTrailers. They look like ass.

The same retards who made JAWS UNLEASHED such a hit will be the only ones buying this game.

If they release it as a bargain bin title (which they should since it's for PS2), it might be worth picking up simply for the fun of kicking Johnny Knoxville's ass with rag doll physics.

Just like some one said, exactly like minigames of flat out (great game). How do you play a game like jackass? Would you have to get certain button combos to get certain bones broken? Stupid game tbh, Pain for ps3 is gonna be better.

Really the only fun that trailer seemed to show was the launching of someone into the container bin with ragdoll. If i wanted to do that over and over again, there's always Porrasturvat and Rekkasturvat, sure they don't have the idiots on Jackass but they are free and this won't be.
