While battling atop space ships in the Lylat system is nothing new to the Smash Bros. franchise, the revised stage looks a lot better. Now, the ship warps to different sectors, making its way through epic space battles and even the atmosphere of Corneria. Heck, maybe we won't be battling exclusively in Hyrule anymore, with such a promising looking stage as this.
Check out all of the new Lylat Cruise stage images in the gallery below.

Simply amazing.
All of the levels they they have announced (Yoshi's Island, Isle Del Fino, and the Battlefield stage), in addition to the new Lylat system they announced today... they all change between four different scenarios!
Anything that could have been made better from Melee to Brawl is being done!

This all looks beautiful! Why can't other developers do this?

This stage is awesome, it has an astounding level of cinematic quality, a true testament to attention to detail
Oddly, though, they don't use the Great Fox (otherwise it would've just been a stylish clone of the Venom stage from Melee, or the Corneria stage), they use the flagship of the Cornerian fleet, and the scenarios they fly through are scenarios from Starfox Assault, which is pretty sweet...

Gotta love the comments on the site.
"How are they breathing? And why is there gravity? I suggest that you not worry about it too much."
That woke me up with a smile, this morning.

Now I see it: I don't need a PS3 or X360 for a great-looking game!
I guess Brawl will feature Past Stages, and one of them may be Corneria from Melee [Corneria is a great stage, I hope it's in this game, at least is Past Stage mode].

that stage is really gorgeous, some of the brawl updates are sorta boring but that does look like a pretty good level.
